GUILD
RULES
The Ace Squad has a specific set of rules in
place to ensure a smooth running of the guild. We ask
every member to try and use common sense when playing,
what we ask isn't unreasonable, but more common courtesy.
RULES IN GENERAL
• Upon entry you
confirm you are over the age of 16. The content in this
guild can be of a mature nature and is not suitable
for anyone under 16.
• If you are sensitive
or easily offended, please do not apply. Banter and
jokes are encouraged in this guild so we do not want
people who will get upset at every little thing.
• Be respectful of
all other members, both guild and otherwise. Remember
it's a game and games should be fun.
• Issues can happen
between guild members sometimes. If a problem arises
a decision will be made by the GM which will be final.
• Do NOT dish out
what you cannot take. It can be fun to have banter in
the guild between members, this is encouraged to give
a more friendly and enthusiastic feel to the guild.
If something is said that you feel offended by, quietly
have a polite word with the person, explain you understand
they are joking but request they don't go there again.
If it continues, inform the Guild Master and he will
deal with the problem.
DO NOT LASH OUT IN PUBLIC GUILD CHAT.
• Do not impersonate
another person. Players found guilty of doing this will
be removed form the guild.
RULES IN GUILD CHAT
• English language
only in guild chat. We do accept people from different
nationalities, however if you wish to talk in a different
language, please keep it to your respective party chat
(though it's advised to check with others if it's ok
first) and/or private chat.
• Banter, swearing
is allowed in guild chat providing it is good taste.
However should a disagreement take place the players
are requested to 'take it outside'. Any arguments inside
the guild chat and the GM or a captain will step in
to deal with it.
RULES IN GUILD BANK
• Players are asked
to take from the guild bank within reason. Any person
who takes, takes, takes will be removed from the guild
or bank priviedges revoked. We respectfully request
each member to contribute to the bank when they can.
RULES IN PARTYING
• If an Ace Squad
member is leader of any party, it is their responsibility
to ensure their party is run properly. Any abuse should
be dealt with immediately.
• Sometimes you may
encounter some bad parties. Usually its good form to
try and get on with the party but if it causes you great
concern and stress, then leave the party WITHOUT abusing
anyone before you leave.
RULES IN DUNGEONS
• Need, Greed or
Pass - It is good taste to only press Need for items
you actually need. If you do not need an item but would
like a chance to obtain the item for whatever reason
you can choose Greed. If you are not interested in the
items, hit the x in the corner of the loot panel to
Pass. Those who Need on all items are labelled 'Ninjas'
and gain a bad reputation.
• In Dungeons you
are able to trade looted items with other users before
a certain time elapses, so please don't ask for this
item or that until the end of the run but BEFORE leaving
the Dungeon. The only exception to the rule is soulbound
items and it's a roll to who gets the item.
• Please remember
to keep it respectful in Dungeons. Unfortunately there
are morons who take joy in insulting others if someone
doesn't do a certain role exactly as per the book. Each
person has a role to fulfill inside a Dungeon, if they
are struggling to do the role, then private them and
advise how they can improve, keeping the 'suggestions'
short and simple to understand. But whatever the outcome
keep it respectful. |
