RANKINGS EXPLAINED

Ranks are given to players depending on their status as a guild member. Promotion and demotion is the sole responsibility of the Ace Marshall.

Ace Marshall
The role of Guild Master currently held by Craig.

Ace Captain
A rank assigned to players who have been in the guild over a decent amount of time that are on regularly and are involved in guild events, help others and also contribute to guild bank. Player must have one guild-based character over 60.

Ace Lieutenant
A rank assigned to players who are involved in guild events and help others regularly inside the guild.

Ace Cadet
A rank assigned to player characters who either new to the guild or who are not on often.

Ace Initiate
As per guild rules, everyone recruited most go through a trial period to ensure they are suitable for the guild. This means that whilst they are in Initiate stage they cannot access the guild bank. Once approved the new recruit will be granted the position of Ace Cadet.


PROMOTION POINTERS
Players will be wanting to access guild bank. To do this you will need a promotion from Initiate to Cadet before that can happen. Time varies from person to person and is the decision of the GM to promote or demote with the advice of the Captains.

Gaining rank favour in the eyes of the guild is:
• Playing regularly whilst in Guild.
• Participating in guild chat.
• Participating in guild events.
• Helping and aiding other guild members.
• Following the rules and setting an example to others.

IMPORTANT: If any player is absent for more than 30 days, characters will be removed from the guild. This is done so character names don't clog up the guild name list. If a player returns to the game and wishes to re-join again, please contact the Ace Marshall.

INITIATES ARE REMOVED FROM GUILD IF NOT LOGGED INTO ANY CHARACTER FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS. THE REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE WE WANT AN ACTIVE GUILD.

NOTE TO ALL MEMBERS WHO ARE AWAY FROM GUILD FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME.
If you are going on holiday or you know you're not going to be on game for a long period of time, drop the Ace Marshall a message saying so and he will label you as AWAY. This way he knows you will be returning and won't kick you after a month and will allow little more time to return. However should the time pass and the member has not returned, they will be removed. Again, upon returning to the game, just chat to Ace Marshall to get re-invited to guild.
